GROWTH, THEN SCALING, THEN SAILBOAT

When I was starting out, I was tempted by the money, the bright lights and the fast cars (Confession: I still like a fast car), but my goals and dreams have changed. Sure, you need to achieve a certain level to live, but money, in itself, is rarely the source of hapiness, or even satisfaction.

Understanding the phases of life, and of business let's you set out your plans accordingly.

My speciality area is Scaling, which includes systems.

I am lucky, I've had some amazing experiences in my life, including owning a 150 seat Call Centre business in Mauritius for nearly 14 years, which allowed me to fly out several times a year, first class, to visit the site (and enjoy the island!)

Everyone has ups and downs along the way, or at the very least, some hiccups. It is the ability to move forward from these and in daily life, that sets the best, from the rest.

Coaching, 'Systems That Scale' and Visual Planning, allaim to smooth the pathway forward, to reduce stress, improve the ability to make decisions and to improve communications, be it at work, or in your prvate life.

For me, I have achieved my dream. House, cars, toys, all paid for. Great business that runs itself, with monthly recurring revenue, without too much input.

What We Do

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DAY, WEEK, LIFE

It sounds a lot, but it is really quite simple. Once you understand this, you can begin to control it. You can take back the time lost to unimportant things and find your sweet spot.

SCHEDULING IN TIME FOR WHAT MATTERS

This is where the fun starts. Together, we will work out what matters and how much time you need to allocate for it. The task is then to work out how to achieve this split and keep to it.

It is often the daily headaches and issues that 'get in the way', so we need to find the route forward that allows you to avoid them, or control them.

REGULAR MEETINGS

All of this is achieved through regular twice monthly meetngs, typically on Zoom, or Teams. There is no set agenda, although you will need to answer 3 questions prior to each session, so that you are aware of where you are, what happened since our last call and what you need to focus on next.


It sound like a lot of work, but it is minutes that will set you up for the meeting. The meeting will then help to set you up for the next 2 weeks.
